Jesper Ryberg is Professor of Ethics and Philosophy of Law, University of Roskilde, Denmark. Tännsjö, Springer 2004); New Waves in Applied Ethics (ed. with T. Petersen, Palgrave Macmillan 2007); Punishing War Crimes, Genocide, and Crimes Against Humanity (ed.
