BIOGRAPHY:
Robert L. Foster is a Lecturer in Religion and New Testament in the Department of Religion at the University of Georgia. His research interests include biblical theology, biblical ethics (especially the theme of justice), and specialized work in the Psalms, Haggai, Zechariah, Matthew, and Romans. His publications include Wrestling with God and World: The Struggle for Justice in Christian Scripture (2013), two edited volumes, The Impartial God (2007) and My Words Are Lovely: Studies in the Rhetoric of the Psalms (2008), as well as numerous articles in journals such as Biblical Theology Bulletin, Catholic Biblical Quarterly, Horizons in Biblical Theology, and Journal of Biblical Literature. Foster holds a PhD in biblical studies from Southern Methodist University.
