BIOGRAPHY:

Peter Shiu-Hwa Tsu got his PhD from Australian National University in 2011 and is currently an associate professor of philosophy at Chung Cheng University in Taiwan. His research interests include particularism in ethics, aesthetics and legal philosophy as well as virtue ethics, bioethics, laws of nature, mental causation, theories of action and free will. He is now particularly concerned to figure out the role rules or principles play in our ethical, aesthetic and legal judgments. His articles have appeared in Philosophical Studies and Erkenntnis amongst others. He was awarded by Taiwan’s Ministry of Science and Technology the Da-Yo Wu Award for Outstanding Junior Researcher in 2015. His personal academic webpage is here: https://philpapers.org/profile/15057
