Mrs. Johnna Holloway received her MSLIS from the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois Urbana where she was awarded the Anne M. Boyd Award as that year’s outstanding student of the graduating class. A collector and bibliographer of cookery books, Mrs. Holloway has attended the UK’s Oxford Symposium on Food & Cookery, several Leeds Symposiums on Food History and Traditions, and numerous culinary history conferences in the US. She has written for a number of publications, including Petits Propos Culinaires. She is the co-author of: Concordance of English Recipes. Thirteenth Through Fifteenth Centuries, 2006. Medieval and Renaissance Tests and Studies, Volume 312, with Constance B. Hieatt and J. Terry Nutter.
