BIOGRAPHY:

Joseph Snow is Emeritus Professor of Spanish from Michigan State University since 2006 and now resides full time in Madrid, Spain. He had taught previously at the universities of Minnesota and Georgia and his twin interests have been Alfonso X and Spain's second classic work, Celestina for which he has published basic bibliographies and many dozen of studies. He is an Honorary President of the International Courtly Literature Society and a Corresponding Member of the Hispanic Society of America. He founded in 1977 the International journal, Celestinesca, and is a past Vice Pres. of the International Association of Hispanists. He can be contacted at: jts941@gmail.com.
