BIOGRAPHY:

Johann Koehler is a student in the JD/PhD program in Jurisprudence and Social Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. He draws on the sociology of knowledge, critical criminology, and law and society to explore the origins, applications, and limitations of evidence-based criminology. Selected recent work appears in Criminology, the Journal of Experimental Criminology, and Psychology, Crime, and Law. He received the 2016 Young Scholar Award from the European Society of Criminology.
