BIOGRAPHY:
J. Michael Hoffpauir is Associate Director of the Lyceum Program and Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of Political Science at Clemson University. His research interests include ancient, modern, and contemporary political philosophy, American political development, and the administrative state. He is the author of Between the Many and Socrates: A Study of Plato’s Crito (Lexington, forthcoming). He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University, an M.A. in Political Science from Boston College, and a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University.
