BIOGRAPHY:

Samuel C. Rhodes is a PhD student in the School of Politics, Philosophy, and Public Affairs at Washington State University. His research centers on political communication and political behavior. He is especially interested in the roles that misinformation, polarization and incivility play in the American political system. Samuel has previously worked for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party and the Maine State Legislature. He obtained his M.A. in political science from Washington State University in 2016 and his B.A. in political science from Shippensburg University in 2010.
