BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Kathy-ann Daniel-Gittens has been working in the field of education for the past 30 years. She is an active researcher and writer on issues related to Technology in Education. She is a member of a Campbell Collaboration research group conducting a systematic review of the impact of ICT on students’ academic achievement and engagement. As a faculty member at University of Central Florida, Dr. Daniel-Gittens works with online faculty to produce technology integration projects, and she regularly consults with multilateral organizations such as the Organization of American States and the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization to develop ICT capacity-building projects for teachers and teacher educators in the Americas.
