BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Mary Catharine Lennon has an academic and professional background in higher education research, policy development, and advice. She has over 30 publications in issues relating to system design, accountability and quality assurance, with a particular focus on learning outcomes and assessment. She has worked with institutional, provincial, inter-provincial and international educational agencies including the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario and the Association of Commonwealth Universities. She is currently a Senior Policy Advisor with the Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board. Mary Catharine also holds a Visiting Scholar fellowship with the Comparative, International and Development Education Centre at the University of Toronto.
