BIOGRAPHY:

Donald L. Anderson (PhD, University of Colorado, Boulder) teaches organization development and organization design at the University of Denver. His interests include organizational discourse, identity in organizations, and the work of Mikhail Bakhtin, and his work has appeared in publications such as the Journal of Organizational Change Management, the Journal of Business & Technical Communication, the Handbook of Organizational Discourse, and Discourse Perspectives on Organizational Communication. Dr. Anderson is the author of Organization Development: The Process of Leading Organizational Change (3rd ed., Sage Publications, 2015) and editor of Cases and Exercises in Organization Development & Change (Sage Publications, 2011). He is a member of the Academy of Management and serves on the editorial board of Management Communication Quarterly.
