BIOGRAPHY:

A scholar in public international law, John Quigley is Professor Emeritus, Moritz College of Law, The Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio, USA. On the issue of the history and status of Jerusalem, he has served as Expert Witness in the Federal Court of Canada, and as a consultant and lecturer at the United Nations and at the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (U.K.). He has authored articles on Jerusalem in a variety of legal publications.
