BIOGRAPHY:

Mallory Parker is a former philosophy graduate student who branched into the arts. Based in Chicago, she is always looking for new ways to imbue philosophical ideas into various artistic mediums with an eye toward closing the gap between understanding in theory and understanding viscerally. She has been running a variety show at the historic Logan Theatre since September 2018 and is serving as a teaching assistant at Hubbard Street Dance Center for the fall 2019 session. Her current projects include a novel exploring both extremes of empathy and a photography project showcasing the daily lives of her neighbors in the Latinx community.
