BIOGRAPHY:

Paul Rivlin is senior fellow at the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle East and African Studies, Tel Aviv University and visiting professor at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya. He studied at Cambridge, London and Harvard Universities and is the author of five books: The Dynamics of Economic Policy Making in Egypt; The Israeli Economy and Economic Policy and Performance in the Arab World, and The Israeli Economy from the Foundation of the State to the Twenty-First Century as well as monographs, papers and contributions to books on economic development in the Middle East, international energy markets, defense and trade economics. He has taught at Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion and London Universities and has been a visiting professor at Emory University. He is the editor of Iqtisadi, the Middle East economics publication of the Dayan Center.
