Joseph Darlington is the author of Christine Brooke-Rose and Post-War Literature (Palgrave, 2021) and The Experimentalists: The Life and Times of the British Experimental Writers of the 1960s (Bloomsbury, 2021). He was awarded a Harry Ransom Fellowship for work on Christine Brooke-Rose in 2012 and has published articles on her work in journals including Textual Practice, The Journal of Modern Literature, and The Journal of European Studies. He is head of the animation degree at Futureworks Media School, Manchester UK and completed his PhD on British experimental writing in 2014. He is co-editor of the Manchester Review of Books.
