BIOGRAPHY:
Ingo Weller is a Professor of Management at the Munich School of Management, LMU Munich, and the Director of LMU’s Institute for Human Capital Management. He is also a Co-Director of LMU’s Organizations Research Group (ORG). He received his Habilitation from Freie Universität Berlin. His research interests include Strategic Human Resource Management, Matching (including Internal Labor Market and Talent Management research), and HR Analytics. His work has appeared in international journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Applied Psychology, and handbooks like the Oxford Handbook of Recruitment and the Handbook of Comparative Human Resource Management.
