BIOGRAPHY:

Huan Wang is a Ph.D. student in organizational management at Management and Global Business, Rutgers Business School-Newark and New Brunswick. Huan Wang received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Simon Fraser University, and his Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Northeast Normal University in China. Huan Wang had years of professional working experience in the professional development and service industry, both in Canada and China. He is currently working with Professor Chao C. Chen, also from Management and Global Business, Rutgers business school, researching in the field of cross-cultural management and organizational behavior.
