BIOGRAPHY:

A. James Gregor is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. He is the author of thirty one (31) academic titles published by academic presses such as Princeton University Press; Stanford University Press; Yale University Press; and California University Press, among others. He was a Senior Fellow in the School for Advanced Study in the Social Sciences,the Hebrew University in Jerusalem; and Adjunct Lecturer for the State Department of the United States. He has delivered communications before both Houses of the United States Congress. He was awarded a Knighthood in the Order of Merit by the Republic of Italy. Among his most recent works is a volume devoted to "Marxism and the Making of China."
